These terms govern your use of cpamotorworks.cy. They are about the website. They are not the terms on which we repair a vehicle — those are agreed with you directly, in person, before any work begins.

The descriptions of our services are general information about the kind of work we do. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and using the enquiry form does not book an appointment or form a contract. A contract for work on your vehicle comes into existence only when we have seen the vehicle, agreed the work with you and you have accepted a quotation.
Any price, timescale or diagnosis mentioned before we have examined a vehicle is an estimate based on what we have been told. Vehicles routinely turn out to need more, or less, than the description suggested.
We keep this website accurate and current, but the guidance on it is written for vehicles in general. It is not professional advice about your particular vehicle and should not be acted on as if it were. If something on your car concerns you, have it looked at rather than relying on a web page.
We do not promise the website will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, and we may restrict access where we reasonably believe it is being misused.
All content on this website — text, photographs, layout, graphics and branding — belongs to CPA MOTOR WORKS LIMITED or to our licensors and is protected by copyright and related rights. The photographs are of our own premises and equipment. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal use. You may not republish, sell, or use any of it commercially, and you may not use our name or marks without our written permission.
Manufacturer names and marks, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover and Range Rover, belong to their respective owners. We use them only to describe the vehicles we work on. We are an independent workshop and are not an authorised dealer, agent or franchisee of any manufacturer, and nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise.
This site links to third-party services such as mapping and analytics, and to partners we work with. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or their practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from reliance on general information published here, nor for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under Cypriot and EU consumer law are unaffected by anything written here.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of your own country, and you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
If you have a complaint, tell us first. Consumers may also contact the Consumer Protection Service of the Cyprus Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry, or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
